General Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. THE REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDES:
– Access to all sessions, professional exhibition spaces, conferences and workshops, which are not subject to additional fees
– A personalized badge
– Programm and electronic abstract booklet
– Coffee breaks and lunches during the conference
The different categories can be found on the congress website. A confirmation is required for students, registered EHPS or BÖP members and a residence proof for reduced fee selection from eligible countries. Please send them to [email protected].
For any group registration (more than 10 persons), please contact us.
4. CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:
Any cancellation of registration must be sent to the congress management via email to: [email protected].
Cancellation policy after payment has been received:
* 75% refund more than 90 days prior to the congress
* 25% refund within 90 days prior to the congress
* No refund within 5 days prior to the congress or for not attending the meeting
All refunds will be processed after the meeting.
Registration can be transferred to another participant in case of not being able to attend for an additional fee of 25 Euro .
5. REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS:
Payment can be made online (VISA, MASTER, DINERS, CASH CARD) or via money transfer. Early bird fee is only applicable if paid before stated date (see website information). In case of on site payment special rates apply.
Registration and publication of the abstract is only guaranteed after receiving the payment on time. Not attending but registered persons will be charged the full registration fee.
Please note: Online payment will be closed 5 days prior to the meeting.
